This is my story dating back to 2007 of how I used Pro-Optimal Whey protein in conjunction with diet and exercise to lose weight for my wedding quickly. I had a simple system that helped me lose weight that takes a bit more time but can work for you too. However, if you need to get slimmer faster you can use the weight loss formula. My wedding weight loss starts back in 2007. I had a good chunk of weight to lose before my wedding in August. I decided that I had to do this early in the year because I was dress shopping. I had spoke to some of my friends about losing the excess weight and Julie told me about how she had lost almost 20 pounds just by changing her morning routine. (She lost it over almost a year though).
Julie told me that she cut out the cereal and other sweet junk food in the morning and substituted it with a protein smoothie. By making it with bananas it satisfied her sweet craving. Strangely - She didn’t crave food for hours. No snacking required.
It wasn’t until she looked into this more that she found out that it’s because protein digests slower than sugary carbs which tends to make you feel fuller longer and not cause the drowsiness and foggy headed feeling the that you can feel after eating breads and cereals or muffins..
I started on my search for a good protein source. I found that a Doctor Mercola touted that Pro Optimal Whey was a great source of protein without the artificial junk and was more natural.

If you do a half hour to an hour of brisk walking every day at lunch or after dinner you can factor in another 200-500 roughly. Over the period of a week that’s between 3500-7000 caloric deficit.
